This would keep you away from products with lots of competition which would require
you to do lots of work if you must stand out among the crowd.
However, strive to get creative as this would set you apart and place you on top of
the competition. Most resellers are too lazy and lack the creativity to
differentiate them from the pack. Don't be like them. Put in the extra efforts to
be unique and you will reap in the profits like no other resellers.
4. FIND OUT IF THE RESALE RIGHTS PRODUCT CAN GENERATE BACK END
SALES.
Choosing resale rights product that has the potential of letting you earn recurring
income from the same customers would be very desirable. This would be compensation
for your marketing. Not all resale products have this potential, so find out before
you buy.
5. HOW CONVINCINGLY WRITTEN IS THE PRODUCT'S SALES LETTER?
Go through the sales letter; if doesn't persuade you to buy then be rest assured
that it won't convince your customers either and it means nobody would buy the
product from you.
A well-crafted sales letter can still sell a poor product but a poorly written
sales letter cannot sell the best product out there.
Also check out the quality of the testimonials on the sales letter. What kind of
people endorsed the products? This would definitely have great impact on your

6. DOES THE VENDOR PROVIDE QUALITY RESELLERS' MATERIALS?
It is essential that the vendor provides you with relevant reselling materials like
product images, sales letter, word and pdf version of the products etc. This would
equip you to successfully market the product without any hitches.
You might need to look for another product where these materials are not provided
because they in effect signifies the intention of the vendor to pass the resale
rights of the product to you or not.
7. ENSURE YOU READ CAREFULLY UNDERSTAND PERFECTLY THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
TO RESALE RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE BUYING.
If you heed this advice it could save you from flood of litigation and put you in
the good book of the vendor and probably other resellers of the same product.
Resale rights terms and conditions vary from product to product, vendor to vendor
and it would spell out what you can as well as what you cannot do with the
products.
